Top 200 Artists of the 20th Century to Now!

After 16 weeks of voting, The Times reveals the top 200 artists working since 1900 (based on 1.4 million votes!).
Here's a list of the top 5:
1- Pablo Picasso (21587 votes)
2- Paul Cezzzane (21098 votes)
3- Gustav Klimt (20823 votes)
4- Claude Monet (20684 votes)
5- Marcel Duchamp (20647 votes)

I don't know why the list doesn't include John William Waterhouse... He produced some breathtaking paintings from 1900 till 1910:

It's a bit disappointing that it excludes pre 1900 artists such as Rembrandt and Degas.
